Alliance of the Great Houses Indoril and Redoran

Chairmer Muthsera Hlaalu Mortillara

Is an elderly Dunmeri female with steel-gray hair, a slight stoop, and eyes that made powerful soldiers tremble when they fell on them. As one of the independent Hlaalu nobles who had not sided with the King, she had assumed the position of Chairman because of her neutrality: she would not side with either the Indoril or the Redoran, but the side that was right. Her position in House Hlaalu is unknown.

Muthsera Barreth

Helseth's Cousin. He is the Alliance's preferred candidate for King. Proberly because he would be like a puppet dangling at the end of a string. He seems very cowardly:

The Chairman's eyes had gone briefly to Muthsera Barreth at his seat. The King's cousin, the mer they wanted to place on his throne, had not participated in any battles, claiming it was too important for him to stay alive. If any had any doubt how much the Chairman had respected his decision, it could be settled right there. She disliked him, but she hated the King even more.

Hlaalu Daris

Muthsera Hlaalu Mortillara's much younger lover. His position in House Hlaalu is unknown.

Indoril Faryon

Dunmer of middling age, pre-mature white hair always wears scarlet robes and a longsword enchanted with fire. Faryon is a moderate of the Indoril faction, prefering that no outlander be in any position of rule over Morrowind. He is military governor of Kragenmoor, and presently has, by default, command over the Deshaan Plains, Bodrum and Balfell. His armies are extremely streched, and so is on the defensive for the time being. He is acting increasingly inderpendent of the Council, despite having his choice of Councillor being made the New Indoril High Councillor, and has proclaimed himself Count of Kragenmoor. He is one of the councilors of House Indoril.

High Councilor Thedas

High Councilor of House Indoril, a somewhat moderate, although it was his overall decision to launch the attack on the Queen's ship, the act which started the civil war.

His whereabouts have been unknown since the Battle of Mournhold, Deceaced.

Neldam Othren

The previously unnamed Indoril radical. Elderly, he looks at the time when it was the duke of Mournhold and Indoril that ruled the nation, not Helseth and his cronies. Of course, he was but a child when this happened. He is a radical Indoril, with the rank of councilor. He was captured during the faild assult on Verannis Hall.

Indoril Rayis

A distant relative of Faryon's, this young upstart is highly radical and devoted to the Temple (Loranna's character) He is a Member of House Indoril, another Indoril councilor. He was killed at the Battle of Verannis Hall after leading a heroic last stand against the Altmeri Army

Sodril Brevas

A moderate Redoran. Loranna's character. Rank: General.

Bradas Vermis

An admiral of the Alliance Fleet... most proberly THE Admiral of the alliance fleet. He is rather conservative in his planning, preferring not to waste troops on pointless sieges. His fleet was destroyed at the Battle of the Ghost Sea against the Altmeri Fleet, and he went down with his Flagship, the Blacklight, which heroicly rammed a Altmer Warship, taking it to the depths of the oceans with it

Councillor Varden

Redoran councilor with some military experience. Commanded the Battle of Ald Raathim. His political position is unknown.

Valdroon Tradas

Spymaster of Councilor Indoril Faryon. A new appointment to the position. Former member of the Thieves Guild.

Kragin Jorianne
